Currently, it is almost as if history is repeating itself because the corona pandemic is just as chaotic as the flu pandemic in the early 1900s. Life is even stranger in the modern world given the new technology that has developed over the past century, including smartphones, social media, and digital entertainment. Nevertheless, the world is doing its best to recover from this major event in modern times.
It is almost as if the film Contagion predicted the future a decade after its initial release! Nevertheless, I hold my head high, and look up towards the sky with the belief that life will be better as time passes by. The world is experiencing transformation because of this pandemic, but having the courage to cope with adversity is one of the greatest survival mechanisms for mankind because all people are fundamentally creatures by default.
I am aware of my mortality, but I choose to keep living until my own time is up.
No need to fear death; just keep swimming (or in my case, keep writing eloquently).
